I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were really clean and beautiful, offering a good night's sleep for myself and my two children. The only downside was the absence of a fridge in the room. The service was friendly and organized, although there was a bit of noise from other guests which made the staff somewhat rude. The location was convenient, just a short walk uphill to the gondola, and the dining options were good with a variety of choices available. Overall, a very good value for money.

The chalet offers comfortable rooms with balconies and ample wardrobe space, ensuring a warm and clean stay with free WiFi. The service from staff members like Flavia, Danny, and Ara was exceptionally friendly and helpful, covering various needs from meals to activities. However, the location, while quiet and offering plentiful parking, may be challenging without a car due to distance from amenities and occasional issues with radiators. The dining experience was satisfying with a good buffet selection, and the overall value for money was impressive.
